With an exquisite blend of soft fabrics, delicate florals, and a colour palette featuring peach, dusky blue, and coral, every detail was meticulously designed to create a timeless look. Join us as we delve into the magic of this gorgeous collaboration.

Talk about perfect timing…When this styled photoshoot landed in our inbox, the sun that we had all longed for (seeing as it is August!) began to shine too. It’s was as if the universe knew that we needed something to brighten our day and remove the clouds away. This styled photoshoot is certainly a ray of sunshine.

There are pearls, cork poppings and all kinds of prettiness so where do we start? The venue, of course; Hodsock Priory is a historic country house wedding venue set in 800 acres of countryside on the border of Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire. This carefully restored family home is an award-winning luxury wedding and event venue, surrounded by breath taking views and presented within luxurious gardens and rolling fields and offers the most spectacular backdrop for the shoot. Hodsock Priory’s epic proportions require some equally epic styling to hold its own and Samantha at Willow and Rust did not disappoint.

A floral romance at Bourton Hall has a timeless glamour feel, with each of the suppliers contributing to the sense of elegance. Making the florals the star of the show, this style shoot is prefect for couples looking for a mix of luxury and colour. Using a colour palette of rich pinks, corals and oranges paired with softer peaches and blush filling. This complimented the venue perfectly.

With a soft and dreamy colour palette and using a selection of delicate seasonal flowers, the team created a romantic shoot filled with unique inspiration for Spring Brides. Using newly formed blossom buds and soft natural sunlight together really encapsulate the season of Spring. Held at The Elm tree which offers exclusive use, prefect for intimate weddings nestled beautifully in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Not forgetting their picturesque gardens. Exclusive hire of the venue includes the use of it's 4 beautifully designed ensuite Bedrooms for the wedding night, which come with luxurious cotton robes and toiletries. Sounds pretty prefect to us!

It consists of a beautiful floral arrangement, cascading over a rustic/antique staircase all put together by 'Bud and Flower'. A bride wearing a selection of dresses, handmade by Emma Tindley. Makeup by @charlottewestmakeup and stunning hair styles by @bridalbybeckah. The mix of embroidered dresses, soft and simple looks and a stunning setting make for a completely unique set of images.

With heaps of monochromatic throughout the styling and photography, we really get to focus a lot on the textures and shapes within this shoot. We simply adore the stylish look and the idea of a modern yet timeless design. Highlighting effortless style whilst making it affordable. Although typically monochromatic palettes are seen in a more contemporary style. We love how this is injected with a vintage twist showing how it can be flexible for the present-day couple.

We don’t know about you but here at Save the Date HQ we are super excited for Christmas. The family time, all the food and drinks and being wrapped up warm watching endless of Christmas movies.
